Through Kawasaki’s high end Technonet system, we provide continuous 24/7 monitoring services. All-important operating parameters of the supplied equipment are connected and monitored by our Service Centers in Kobe, Japan and in Shah Alam, Malaysia.
This system processes the operating parameter of the equipment, send notification should there be any potential faulty trends, and enables preventive maintenance to take place in advance. Nonetheless, it can promptly provide important data to identify the associated root cause of any malfunction then shorten the troubleshooting duration and downtime at site.

All our spare parts and tools are stored in different warehouses at various strategic locations in the region, the quick accessibility of these spare parts and tools minimise anticipated downtime and lost in production at clients’ sites. When our Gas Turbine due for overhaul, it will be traded-in and exchanged with the refurbished Gas Turbine at Zero Hour under our Trade-in Overhaul Programme. This programme enables us to minimise maintenance hours and downtime at client’s site while ensuring all our clients’ Gas Turbine continues to run at peak performance.

Having in-house expertise, the overhaul process is performed under a strict engineering specification and procedures as per Kawasaki original equipment manufacturer standards before being qualified for overhaul exchange program. Clients are assured a quick and seamless continuity of production after the trade in overhaul procedure.
Key Process
Local facility in Shah Alam is the only Kawasaki facility outside Japan that able to perform gas turbine overhaul & refurbishment for specific models. Established in 2012, the facility continues to provide excellent world class services to the customer in this region.
